So plastic and toughness is too large or too small workpiece material cutting machinability is poor.

The better the heat resistance of zinc alloy material, the higher the strength and hardness can be maintained at high temperature, and the cutting will be very difficult. The stronger the abrasion ability of zinc alloy material, the greater the tool wear, the worse the machinability. The smaller the thermal conductivity of zinc alloy material, the cutting heat is not easy to transfer, the high cutting temperature, the serious tool wear, the worse the cutting machinability.
