Features:
tin bronze contains about 14% tin, in addition to phosphorus, zinc, lead and other elements. It is the earliest alloy used by human beings and has been used for about 4000 years. It is divided into processed tin bronze and cast tin bronze. The tin bronze used for pressure processing contains less than six pieces of tin, and the cast bronze contains 10 pieces of tin. The commonly used brands are QSn4-3, QSn4.4-2.5, QSn7-O2, ZQSn10, ZQSn5-2-5, ZQSN6-6-3, and so on. Tin bronze is a non-ferrous alloy with minimum casting shrinkage. It can be used to produce castings with complex shape, clear outline and low air tightness. Tin bronze is corrosion-resistant in the atmosphere, seawater, fresh water and steam, and is widely used in steam boilers and marine ship parts. Phosphorus-containing tin bronze has good mechanical properties and can be used as wear resistant parts and elastic parts of high precision working mother machine. Lead-containing tin bronze is often used as wear-resistant parts and sliding bearings, zinc-tin bronze can be used as high air-tightness castings. The solidification range of tin bronze is large, the dendritic segregation is serious, the concentrated shrinkage is not easy to be formed during solidification, the volume shrinkage is very small, the reverse segregation of tin is easy to appear in the ingot, and the white spots and 8 phases can be seen on the surface of the ingot seriously, even the rich tin particles. Generally called tin sweat, the degree of inverse segregation can be reduced by improving the casting method and technological conditions, in liquid alloys, the hard and brittle inclusions SnO _ 2 are easily formed, and the melting process should be deoxidized sufficiently to prevent the mechanical properties of the alloys caused by inclusions from decreasing. The sensitivity to overheating and gas is very small, and it can be welded and brazed well. During impact, there is no spark, no magnetism, cold resistance, and extremely high wear resistance.
