Treatment of chrome zirconium copper after oxidation

1. Vinegar soaking method. Wash the rusted chromium-zirconium copper, put it in a small dish, pour in a little vinegar, and let it soak. Take it out after 24 hours, brush off residual rust with a small brush, and then wash with clean water to remove vinegar, wipe clean, and dry in the shade.

2. Soak in boiling water. Rusting chromium-zirconium copper is sometimes covered with a layer of soil rust that cannot be washed off. Put the rusty copper into a bowl and pour boiling water at 80 to 90 until it is filled. Remove after 5 minutes, brush well with a small brush and dry in the shade. If the soil rust is severe, you can heat the water to a boil to make the soil rust off.

3. Dry brushing method. Chrome zirconium copper or rust attachment is shallow, should try to avoid the use of vinegar soaking and other chemical means, can be replaced by dry brush. First put the rusty copper to brush on the glass plate, fixed, hold the root of the oil brush, brush evenly. Pay attention to force, otherwise the effect is not good, and then rinse with water.

4. Scraper method. When using this method, be careful to maintain a moderate weight. If you are not careful, the copper can be scratched all over your body, or the whole body can be damaged.

Chrome zirconium copper has high strength hardness, electrical and thermal conductivity, good wear resistance and wear resistance. After aging treatment, the hardness, strength, electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity have been significantly improved, easy to fuse.
