1. Dyeing solution temperature.

Air oxide film refers to the thickness of aluminum veneer, porosity, clarity, etc. The thickness of air oxide film in aluminum plate can be maintained at about 10μm, porosity and clarity can be obtained, and better dyeing quality can be obtained.
3. Concentration of dyeing solution. The concentration of dye solution correlates with staining. Aluminum veneer color, the concentration is lower, light color concentration is slightly higher. If the dyeing concentration is high, it will cause uneven color or fluctuating color, which is very easy to appear in the whole process of cleaning and turning off the “flowing color”. In order to improve the absorption capacity of the dye to the dye, the color of low concentration is selected to increase the dyeing, so that the molecular structure of the dye can more evenly penetrate into the air oxidation film hole, so that the color is more harmonious and firm.
4. Harm of raw materials of aluminum profile double plate parts. In general, high purity aluminum, aluminum magnesium, aluminum manganese aluminum alloy in the process of oxidation treatment, its dyeing characteristics are better, can be dyed into a variety of colors.
